TREASURER'S REPORT: (R. Portune) the beginning of this month we had a balance of $2,835.05 in our account. I received a letter from Mr. Larry Ward from the trust office. Mr. Ward stated that we had to have the proceeds from our fund raiser (food sale) donated to our charitable causes no later than June 30th of this year. As result of this letter the group has sent $1,500.00 to Operation Mom: We have also sent $1,000.00 to the 82nd Airborne. That brings our balance to $571.54. The group still needs to lower its account. The group voted to send $250.00 to the Homeless Veterans Emergency Housing, Menlo Park. That will bring our balance to $321.54. Of that money $120.00 is for the Hat Fund.
