General Meeting

Informal meeting was called to order at 1735. Due to the fact that a sponsor was unavailable for our September meeting we had this informal meeting along with our camaraderie night.
We would like to give a heartfelt thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Rice for their generosity in showing us their vacation pictures of Vietnam and the narration.
TREASURER REPORT: (R. Portune) to date we have $514.00 in our trust account. We received a check for $100.00 for the Toy Program, that money will be earmarked for the Toy Program.

REPORTS:
Food Sale: everything is a go. Due to the restrictions on the food sales, we only need 25 workers; a list of workers was read by the Chairman. There will be no goodie bags any longer. Group members will pick up their orders as always after the main line has received their orders.
Formal business has been put off till next formal meeting.
Meeting was turned over to the Rice's for camaraderie night.
Next meeting will be October 28th 2007. You will receive a Ducat.
